Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful use, accurate business information, appropriate disclosures, integration permissions and human supervision.
AI limitations
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. Customers must configure boundaries, review performance and avoid using the service for unsupported professional advice or high-risk decisions.
Fees and usage
Subscription fees, included usage, overages, setup charges and renewal terms will be presented in the applicable order or subscription agreement.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful activity.
Availability
The production service will use reasonable efforts to remain available but may experience provider failures, maintenance or interruptions.
Liability and warranties
Commercial warranty, indemnity and liability language must be finalized with qualified counsel for the intended markets.
